There is no doubt that AI affects all of our lives in an ever-increasing way daily.
Simple tasks like speaking with a human seems to be almost impossible now as we have to negotiate some sort of "cutely" named bot being terribly friendly and yes, on occassion helpful.
But, in the gold-rush of AI development there seems to be a loss in the human touch.
As therapists you know this very well as the opportunities for self-diagnosis and self-help seem endless? Possibly of all the professions you are at the face of every human emotion and know better than anyone that machines will never replace your skills and experience. I would urge all to remain authentic and keep your content and message yours.
I thought it would be helpful to give you an understanding of how we as web developers use this technology and our bondaries around it.
Firstly, AI should always be seen as a tool and not a replacement.
Secondly AI is designed to be perceptive and return the answer one may be seeking, an advanced form of cognitive dissonance if you will.
Thirdly - just like a precoious talented adolesecnt, AI needs boundaries and clear guidelines.
We use AI to:
1. Help us debug complex coding and create solid, clean coding based on the highest industry standards.
2. Creating new functions with code more efficiently and faster.
3. Suggest colour pallettes and layouts.
We dont use AI to:
1. Write content
2. Share customer data.
3. Replace our support functions.
All the work we done is overseen and verified by a human and all our websites are human created and will always be so.
This subject matter is so vast and evolving it would not lead itself to a longer piece, the message I would like to convey is that with YouCan Consulting you are a valued member of our community and can always be assured of the human touch.
