Psychological and Mental Health Questionnaires for Therapy Websites
We offer a wide range of assessment tools and online questionnaires that can add a great deal of weight to your online presence. These may include standard IAPT questionnaires such as...
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7)
- Depression (PHQ-9)
- Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS)
- Social Phobia (SPIN)
- Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (OCI)
- IES - Revised Impact of Event Scale
- Health Anxiety Inventory (HAI)
and any others you may use in your practice.
How does it work?
We install the test(s) on your site and prospective clients then have the option to complete them. They can do so anonymously or, alternatively, an email can be generated to you and the client confirming the result.
After completing a questionnaire the client will be shown his score and an interpretation of the results. You can use standard interpretations or write your own and add any recommendations for the client untertaking the test. For example, if the test returns a result of moderate anxiety, you could invite the client to contact you.
The process of setting up questionnaires for your practice is straightforward and, of course, we will guide you through it and answer any questions you may have.
Why have questionnaires on my practice website?
There are a number of reasons that mean that questionnaires make sense for many therapist websites:
- A questionnaire represents a useful resource for visitors who worry about their mental health. Many people like to do quizzes and self-diagnose so this is a way of engaging potential clients. The results of the questionnaire can reassure clients or increase awareness of issues that might need addressing.
- Where awareness of worrying symptoms is heightened, a client will be one step closer to taking action and this could include seeking the help of a professional therapist.
- The results of the questionnaire are linked to calls to specific action ie to contact you. Your contact details will appear on the results page so maximum ease is ensured for the client to get in touch with you straight away.
- Putting free resources on your website will make it more attractive for people to visit and re-visit your site. Your practice is more likely to be remembered and sought out by those interested in your counselling or therapy services. Also remember that free resources are often shared with family and friends so your practice can widen its reach and become known to a greater number of people.
- Every questionnaire installed on your website will add content and an enhanced user experience, and search engines such as Google love that! Additional and relevant content contribute to a higher ranking in Google search results.
